This proposed rulemaking seeks to formalize the process for certifying qualified home energy auditors, as outlined under Section 640.153, RSMo. The department plans to introduce specific language into the Code of State Regulations, which will detail the application requirements for certification, the duration for which a certification remains valid, and the grounds on which a certification may be revoked.
