Neighborhood Empowerment Grant boosts safety and beautification projects in Kansas City, 23 groups to get $455,000

Kansas City, Missouri – Under Kansas City’s most recent Midyear Neighborhood Empowerment Grant Cycle, 23 neighborhood organizations are scheduled to get a financial boost. These awards, totaling $455,000, directly support community-driven projects aiming at enhancing public safety, beautification, and infrastructure.

Through resources for initiatives improving the quality of life, the Neighborhood Empowerment Grant program aims to uplifts local communities. From maintaining public areas to addressing important safety issues, the given grants will let local organizations act effectively.
